This project is aimed at developing an online Call Center Application
which can work on intranet/internet and focuses on
1. To receive customer calls, allocating engineers to different calls and feedback of the same.
2. Generating enquiries of System and it's parts and making Challan, Invoice etc.
3. Provide functionality of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), PM call for a system.
4. Extensive searching and sorting facility is provided.
5. Various reports generators.
