the prior written permission of Primetech Software is prohibited except in

By submitting material to us you agree that:
1.) The material will not contain any item that is unlawful or otherwise
unfit for publication.
2.) You will use reasonable efforts to scan and remove any viruses or
other contaminating or destructive features before submitting any
material.
3.) You own the material or have the unlimited right to provide it to us
and Primetech Software may publish the material free of charge and/or
incorporate it or any concepts described in it in our products without
accountability or liability and
4.) You agree not to take action against us in relation to material that
you submit and you agree to indemnify us if any third party takes action
against us in relation to the material you submit.
This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between Primetech
Software and you regarding the site, and supersedes all prior or
contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings
with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. Primetech Software
may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, without notice to you or
any third party. Any waiver of any rights of either party must be in
writing, signed by the waiving party, and any such waiver shall not
operate as a waiver of any future breach of this Agreement. In the event
any portion of this Agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable,
such portion shall be severed, and the remaining terms shall be separately
enforced. The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as to its
fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party.
